We are enhancing our client engagement and sales strategies and seeking a dedicated Sales Manager



  • Conducting cold sales outreach via LinkedIn, Twitter, and other sales instruments to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients;

  • Developing relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and follow-up;

  • Managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals;

  • Acting as a back-office sales representative of the company during the conferences and events attended by company executives;

  • Providing regular reports and updates on sales performance and market trends.

  • Minimum one year of B2B client management or sales experience in IT products or services;

  • Proficiency in English at B2-C1 level;

  • Effective communication skills with clients and team, including active listening and clear explanation;

  • Understanding of business and client needs, prioritizing client success, and fostering partnership relationships. Adherence to deadlines, agreements, and quality standards;

  • Goal-oriented mindset with ambition and a plan for professional growth.

  • Proactive, energetic, and dedicated to self-improvement.

Preferred, but not mandatory:

  • Background in legal education or experience within the legal field to better understand client needs promptly;

  • Interest in Tech, web3, or Law sectors, with a commitment to staying informed about industry news and trends.

  • Knowledge of Spanish or Arabic languages groups.

  • Sales Bonus Explanation:

       - The average client spends $6,500 per month for our services;

       - Our business model operates on a repeated monthly payment;

       - Sales bonuses range from 2% to 10% of the retainer amount.
