Anastasia Monarshuk
Anastasia is a lawyer at Icon.Partners, specializing in corporate, tax, and contract law. Her core expertise includes company registration and structuring across various jurisdictions worldwide.
She actively participates in conferences and webinars focused on business regulation and legal trends. Notably, she was a speaker at the Metaverse Crypto Tax Forum, where she covered CBDC regulation, and a guest on the Amata World Podcast, discussing the Web3 legal landscape and IP rights.
Vlad Udianskyi
Vlad is a dynamic lawyer at Icon.Partners, Vlad specializes in corporate law, startup consulting, and Web3 projects. He holds a corporate law certificate from UC Berkeley. He is currently advising 10 projects.
His work involves negotiations, contract and deal audits, startup legal support, and overseeing Icon.Partners' Web3 projects.
