At Icon.Partners, we value team spirit and the engagement of our employees, many of whom work remotely around the world. Our event team is constantly looking for ways to improve communication and get acquainted with new members of our rapidly growing team.

This time, we decided to do something special – a quiz with unconventional and intriguing questions. For example, we asked who built the "Count of Monte Cristo" castle near Paris or why the residents of Churchill in Canada don't lock their car doors.

To boost motivation and delight our colleagues, we prepared prizes: deposits for book purchases, movie tickets, dinners at cafes, and many other soul-pleasing treats.

This event was a real success, attracting over 70% of employees, reaffirming our commitment to corporate events, and improving our workers' Fridays.
