Icon.Partners are looking for a Sales Manager

We are enhancing our client engagement and sales strategies and seeking a dedicated Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and actively expand the international and ukrainian client base (cold sales)

  • Handle client inquiries and prepare tailored commercial proposals for each client

  • Act as a liaison between the client and the team of lawyers

  • Manage project reporting in Trello and oversee lawyers' deadline compliance

  • Control service quality along with partners and senior lawyers

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in the sphere of client management (B2B) or sales of services, or Information Technology products (B2B)

  • Legal education or experience in legal business will be an advantage, enabling a quicker understanding of client requests and issues

  • Interest in Tech Law sectors, staying informed about news and trends

  • Proficiency in English at B2-C1 level (mandatory)

  • Ability to build effective communication with clients and the team, good listening and explanatory skills

  • Understanding business and client needs, focusing on client success, and building partnership relationships. Attentive to deadlines, fulfills agreements and commitments with the client, and ensures quality flow

  • Results-oriented, sets ambitious professional goals, and has an action plan to achieve them

  • Driven, energetic, and committed to self-development and professional improvement

Compensation:

  • $1000 fixed salary

  • Sales bonus

  • Team bonus for achieving KPIs

Working Conditions:

  • Fully remote work

  • Payment in US dollars via Payoneer

  • Quality onboarding and training plan, mentorship available 24/7, and support from an experienced sales team

  • Daily interaction with local and English-speaking clients (North America, Europe, Britain)
