Icon.Partners has successfully concluded its participation as an official partner of the National IT Law School 2026. Organized by ELSA Kharkiv, the school serves as a premier educational platform designed to provide law students and young professionals across Ukraine with practical knowledge of the technology sector’s legal landscape.
The program focused on bridging the gap between university curricula and the high-demand requirements of the international tech market. Given the importance of such initiatives for the professional development of the local legal community, Icon.Partners contributed not only through but also by providing expert speakers to lead key educational modules.
Our experts delivered sessions on critical areas of tech law
Denys Yunger (Paralegal) conducted a lecture on the Legal Framework of IT Products on May 7. The session covered the practicalities of drafting and negotiating Terms of Service (ToS), EULAs, and other foundational documents for software and platform-based businesses.
And on May 12 Anastasiia Kozhukhova (Legal Division Lead & Junior Partner) presented a comprehensive module on Data Privacy & Compliance. Drawing from her experience in international projects, she detailed the implementation of data protection frameworks and the navigation of global privacy regulations.
